The network operates on many levels to orchestrate the outcome of the 'debates' it seeks to win and policies it is determined to impose. One of the keys to this is to have establishment figures leading the opposition to your establishment agenda and thus control the outcome, even if they don't even realise themselves that this is the case. In Sharmi Chakrabarti, the head of of the civil rights organisation, Liberty, they have just such an establishment figure, a former government barrister, governor and member of Round Table groups like the Ditchley Foundation, who interacts through many forums with the very people who want anything, but liberty for the people of Britain and the wider world.
I don't claim for a moment that she knows what is going on or how she is being used to limit the scale of the Big Brother 'debate' and I don't doubt that she is against surveillance cameras and the denial of many civil liberties.
I am equally sure that she would never see herself as an 'establishment figure', but from where I am sitting that's exactly what she is and if the British people leave the protection of their civil liberties to her and her organisation they are going to be deeply disappointed.
It is the same with official civil liberties organisations in the United States and elsewhere because they won't touch the wider conspiracy, either. The Shami Chakrabarti of the United States is Nadine Strossen, a law professor, who became the youngest and first woman president of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in 1991.
Professor Strossen is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and replaced the previous ACLU president, Norman Dorsen ... a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
The same web turns up everywhere across the whole spectrum of what is called 'public life' and what I am describing here is just one tiny expression of its reach and influence. Most people involved with these organisations don't even know how they are being influenced or kept under observation by the Round Table 'think tanks'.

Toddlers who dislike spicy food 'racist'

Toddlers who turn their noses up at spicy food from overseas could be branded racists by a Government-sponsored agency.
The National Children's Bureau, which receives £12 million a year, mainly from Government funded organisations, has issued guidance to play leaders and nursery teachers advising them to be alert for racist incidents among youngsters in their care.
This could include a child of as young as three who says "yuk" in response to being served unfamiliar foreign food.
The guidance by the NCB is designed to draw attention to potentially-racist attitudes in youngsters from a young age.

It alerts playgroup leaders that even babies can not be ignored in the drive to root out prejudice as they can "recognise different people in their lives".
The 366-page guide for staff in charge of pre-school children, called Young Children and Racial Justice, warns: "Racist incidents among children in early years settings tend to be around name-calling, casual thoughtless comments and peer group relationships."
It advises nursery teachers to be on the alert for childish abuse such as: "blackie", "Pakis", "those people" or "they smell".
The guide goes on to warn that children might also "react negatively to a culinary tradition other than their own by saying 'yuk'".
Staff are told: "No racist incident should be ignored. When there is a clear racist incident, it is necessary to be specific in condemning the action."
Warning that failing to pick children up on their racist attitudes could instil prejudice, the NCB adds that if children "reveal negative attitudes, the lack of censure may indicate to the child that there is nothing unacceptable about such attitudes".
Nurseries are encouraged to report as many incidents as possible to their local council. The guide added: "Some people think that if a large number of racist incidents are reported, this will reflect badly on the institution. In fact, the opposite is the case."

Asked to clarify "bring to justice," Bush replied: "It means capture or kill, is what that means."

THE war on motorists is being stepped up with Big Brother speed cameras that track every inch of a car journey, campaigners warned last night.
The hi-tech traps calculate a driver’s average speed over several miles, unlike the current cameras that only snap at a specific spot. Critics say the new machines would lead to a huge number of drivers amassing penalty points. Others believe the equipment is being designed to squeeze yet more money out of beleaguered motorists who are already struggling with the spiralling costs of fuel, car tax and repairs. A Motorists Against Detection spokesman said: “If this goes live, it would lead to even more motorists losing their licences – and possibly their livelihood.“Why should the police hammer motorists while the real criminals get away scot-free? “The idea is to trial this kit out so they can roll it out on every straight stretch of road in the country. The only people who will benefit are the technology firms behind the cameras. People are still dying on our roads.”Those caught going over the limit – even for a moment – could be hit with a three-point penalty and a £60 fine.Thirty-four cameras are being tested on a five-mile stretch of the A13 in east London from Canning Town to the Gorsebrook interchange. They are also being used in tests to enforce a 20mph limit on a residential street in Camden, north London, and in pilot schemes in Scotland and Nottingham

The machines are already used to check speeds at motorway roadworks. If the trials prove successful the intention is for the scheme to be rolled out across the whole of Britain. The RedFusion system uses digital technology to take a picture of a car’s number plate.When the motorist passes the next camera, another picture of the number plate is captured.The time it took to travel between the two points is then processed in a central computer to give the average speed.The system even works if vehicles change lanes. An Association of British Drivers spokesman said: “It’s not how fast you’re driving but how you’re driving that’s important. The problem with these cameras is that they will penalise 24 hours a day, even at three in the morning.“They are no alternative to police patrolling the roads. Our problem is less with the cameras, more with the speed limits, which are set far too low. “We need a police patrol back on the roads to stop aggressive driving, driving under the influence, tailgating – all these behaviours that are causing accidents.“Speed is actually only one tiny factor – it is responsible for only five per cent of accidents. The new camera is made by RedSpeed International, based in Kidderminster, Worcs, which has already been criticised for its super-cameras that allow fines to be printed and sent out within half an hour of the offence.

The drinks are on us: Whitehall's wining and dining bill costs the taxpayer £5m
At least £5million of taxpayers' money was spent by ministers on wining and dining last year, official figures reveal.
More than £100,000 of the cash went on maintaining an exclusive Whitehall wine cellar.
Even the Department for International Development - responsible for distributing aid to the world's poorest countries - managed to spend more than £260,000.
In total, the £5million could have paid for 230 extra nurses, 190 teachers, 70 doctors, 170 police officers or 190 soldiers.
Embarrassingly, the biggest spender on Whitehall parties was the Treasury, which is struggling to contain an economic crisis caused by the credit crunch.
It and its associated departments spent £1.2million on alcohol and entertaining last year.
That was 20 times more than the Department for Work and Pensions and 100 times more than the Department for Children, Schools and Families, according to a series of Parliamentary answers.
The Foreign Office, meanwhile, revealed £108,000 was spent on "wine cellar costs" for ministers.
It is responsible for maintaining an exclusive wine store used for hospitality across government, which entertains 30,000 guests at more than 300 events a year.
It supplies everything from dinners at Chequers, the Prime Minister's country residence, to departmental receptions. There are around 39,000 bottles stashed away in the cellar, which is in the vaults of Lancaster House, off the Mall in London.
Its exact contents are a closely-guarded secret, although it is said to offer 180 individual clarets alone.
The shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Philip Hammond, said: "Hard-working families struggling to make ends meet will be surprised, to say the least, that Gordon Brown chooses to lavish millions on parties for civil servants while clobbering low-income families with yet more tax rises."
The second-highest spending department was that for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, which notched up a bill for £1million.
Foreign Office minister Meg Munn told MPs her department's total bill for catering, including food, staff, flowers, provision of sound equipment and alcohol, was £700,814.
The cost of keeping the Government wine cellar generously stocked took its total to £809,529. She said all expenditure had gone on entertaining "official contacts" and was in line with Treasury rules.
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs was next, with a £405,482 bill, followed by the Department for Communities and Local Government, at £388,292. But some of the smaller amounts will also raise eyebrows.
The International Development Department spent £265,360, while spending by the Scotland Office - which critics say is the most pointless department of all - went up by a third to £23,441.
Despite powers being devolved to the Scottish Executive, the department employed 20 policy officials and two Press officers. They are responsible for answering correspondence, but received fewer than 40 letters from MPs and peers last year.
The department says last year's spending on entertainment included the London launch of the Scottish Poppy Appeal and a reception on the day of the Queen's Birthday Parade.

Sterilise parents on benefits, says Tory

A councillor is facing calls to resign after he said parents on benefits should be sterilised to stop them having more than one child.
John Ward, a Conservative member of Medway Council in Kent, made the comments during a discussion about the hunt for the schoolgirl Shannon Matthews.
He said her family was an example of social decline in Britain. He outlined his proposals to cut spending on social security payments.
Writing on his personal website, the councillor said: "There is an increasingly strong case for compulsory sterilisation of all those who have had a second child - or third, or whatever - while living off state benefits.
"It would clearly take a lot of social pressures off all concerned, thus protecting the youngsters themselves to some degree, and remove the incentive to breed for greed, ie for more public subsidy."

US soldiers kill 10-year-old Iraqi girl

US soldiers have shot and killed a young Iraqi girl in the volatile Diyala province north of Baghdad, a US military statement says.

The shooting took place Wednesday afternoon in Diyala, said the statement which didn't give the exact location.

The girl appeared to be around 10, Maj. Brad Leighton, a military spokesman said early Thursday.

Leighton said preliminary reports indicated that soldiers didn't believe the girl posed a threat of being a suicide bomber, but rather "they were afraid she was signaling to someone" along a stretch of road "the convoy was going by," where roadside bombs had recently been found.

Another professor challenges the so-called "consensus" behind man-made climate change

A retired physics professor became the latest public figure to debunk the myth of a "consensus" behind man-made global warming when he slammed big money interests for pushing climate change propaganda that was at odds with real science in a speech yesterday.

Howard C. Hayden, emeritus professor of physics from the University of Connecticut, told a Pueblo West audience that he was prompted to speak out after a visit to New York where he learned that scaremongering billboards about the long-term effects of global warming were being purchased at a cost of $700,000 a month.

"Someone is willing to spend a huge amount of money to scare us about global warming," Hayden said. "Big money is behind the global-warming propaganda."

Hayden pointed out that global warming is taking place throughout the solar system, underscoring the fact that natural causes and not human beings are driving climate change, which has occurred throughout history.

"Yes, the polar ice caps are shrinking . . . on Mars," he said, "On Mars, the ice caps are melting and small hills are disappearing," adding that warming trends were also being observed on Jupiter, Saturn and Triton.

Citing the fact that human activity is responsible for just 3 per cent of carbon-dioxide emissions on earth, Hayden said that carbon levels in the atmosphere have been rising and falling for 400,000 years.

"We are at the lowest levels in the last 300,000 years," he said. "During the Jurassic period, we had very high levels of carbon dioxide."

"About 97 percent of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere comes from natural sources, not humans," Hayden concluded, adding that global warming is being pushed not by grass roots advocacy groups, but by giant corporations who stand to gain from selling concepts such as carbon tracking and carbon trading.

During the secretive Trilateral Commission group meeting in March 2007, elitists gathered to formulate policy on how best they could exploit global warming fearmongering to ratchet up taxes and control over how westerners live their lives.

At the confab, European Chairman of the Trilateral Commission, Bilderberger and chairman of British Petroleum Peter Sutherland, gave a speech to his cohorts in which he issued a "Universal battle cry arose for the world to address “global warming” with a single voice."

Echoing this sentiment was General Lord Guthrie, director of N.M. Rothschild & Sons, member of the House of Lords and former chief of the Defense Staff in London, who urged the Trilateral power-brokers to "Address the global climate crisis with a single voice, and impose rules that apply worldwide."

A common charge leveled against those who question the official orthodoxy of the global warming religion is that they are acting as stooges for the western establishment and big business interests. If this is the case, then why do the high priests of the elite and kingpin oil men continue to fan the flames of global warming hysteria?

The fact that global warming hysteria is being pushed by governments that have been caught lying to the public on a regular basis, along with elitists whose stated goal is to push fearmongering as a means of increasing taxation and control over our lives, emphasizes the reality that, allied to the its phony scientific foundation, global warming is just the latest hobby-horse on which control freaks have piggy-backed their agenda to dominate and rule.

The chief constable of Greater Manchester Police has been found dead in north Wales

The body of Michael Todd was reportedly discovered at the bottom of a cliff in Llanberis, where he was known to have been out walking.

Mr Todd was a high-flying policeman tipped to be the next Chief Commissioner.

Watched the programme on BBC2 tonight about Enoch Powell's infamous 'River of Blood' speech for their 'White' season.
I never personally had much time for Powell or his Politics (basically Thatcherite in principles) I always felt him more an opportunist than someone who really sympathised with the fate of ordinary English people when faced with Mass Immigration.
The programme on Powell tonight didn't really change my opinion of the man, but it did give a fascinating insight into the complicity of other 'Politicians' in turning Britain into a 'Multi-Racial' society.
This programme (for the first time ever on a national TV channel that I've ever seen) more or less admitted that the Tories and Labour acquiesced into turning these islands into a Multi-Cultural society. Knowing full well that they were acting against the wishes of the people. Effectively collaborating to silence debate, and implementing laws to criminilise opposition to their social engineering and importation of mass cheap labour.
Was Powell a champion of ordinary folk? No. But he was perhaps the last man in that cesspit of Parliament to have spoken what most indigenous people, even more so today, are scared to utter... For that, and for that alone, he can stay off my 'Twat List'.

A MAN beheaded his 15-month-old nephew in front of his mother in a supermarket in Saudi Arabia apparently after a family dispute, newspapers reported.
The 25-year-old Syrian national picked up a knife from the store in the Red Sea city of Jeddah yesterday and decapitated the little boy in full view of shoppers, Arab News said.
The man apparently killed the little boy following a dispute with the man's sister and brother-in-law, the English-language daily said.
"He chopped off the boy's head in front of the mother to get back at her," a police officer was quoted as saying. The mother fainted and was taken to hospital.
Murder is punishable by death in ultra-conservative Muslim Saudi Arabia, where the death sentence is usually carried out by beheading.
